Staying here an unpleasant experience, even thought is has a good location pretty close to Wakayama station, the rooms are a bit disappointing. The rooms are not properly maintained, they are old and. If you are fine sleeping next to stains of unknown origin, then you should be fine.
The photos are definitely not like the rooms, and the smell of cigarettes follows you around the whole place.
